In compliance with Law 15/2003, of 18th December, on personal data protection, we inform users that:
The visit to the website is anonymous. However, in order to provide a better service and facilitate use of the website, the number of pages visited, number of visits and also the activity of visitors within the website and their frequency of use is analysed. Moreover, the website provides user registration and contact processes in which collected users’ personal data is entered into the personal data file “Congrés de neu” regulated by Decree 06/11/2013, published in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Andorra (Butlletí Oficial del Principat d’Andorra) BOPA No. 54, year 25, on 13/11/2013. This file is managed by the Technical Secretariat of the World Congress on Snow and Mountain Tourism, which is attached to the Department of Tourism of the Government of Andorra.
The purpose of the file is the compilation of the data of the people who registrer and request information on the World Snow and Mountain Tourism Congress, in order to create a database for subsequent submission of information on this and future editions of the Congress.
The personal data collected through this process will only be shared with other public entities with which the information will be exchanged, like the Comunes and the various companies taken-on to support the organization of future Congress issues.
.The Technical Secretariat of the World Congress on Snow and Mountain Tourism will keep the personal data that it has requested and will adopt the necessary measures to avoid its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with provisions established in the applicable regulations. In these cases, the user undertakes to keep the data up to date so that it corresponds to reality at all times. The user may exercise their rights recognised by law and, in particular, the rights of access, correction, opposition and cancellation of their personal data, by writing to the Technical Secretariat of the Congress via the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. These rights may be exercised by the data subject or, where appropriate, by a duly authorised representative.
